A good day

Yesterday was a good day. I got several pages of FARTHEST SPACE done and sent the whole document off to my editor (I probably won't hear from her, as she's most likely getting ready for RT, but I really would like to get a contract for this thing before I actually finish it!). I also won a copy of LARGER THAN LIFE from Alison Kent. I'm really intrigued by the cover and the title, and I can't wait to read this one!

In other reading news, I just finished BAD BOYS WITH EXPENSIVE TOYS, which was enjoyable, and I'm now working on Karen Kelley's SOUTHERN COMFORT (she also had a novella in BBWET). I also just bought BRIDGET JONES' DIARY... figured I really ought to read that one at some point! I went to Barnes and Noble and ordered Marianne Stillings' MIDNIGHT IN THE GARDEN OF GOOD AND EVIE and Beth Ciotta's SEDUCED, both of which I'm really looking forward to.

And the baby is still sleeping through the night! Yippee!

  1. Hi Ellen,

I just received my authors copies of SEDUCED I was so excited! Knowing that you're looking forward to reading it made me all tingly. Thanks for making my day! Hope all is well with writing and the family!
