Extreme cuteness and good reviews

When DH updated my website last night, I snapped a couple of new pictures of the baby (we finally got a digital camera, yay!) and had him add them to the site. He is clearly the most adorable baby in the world... and no, I'm not at all biased *g*. Seriously, all babies are cute at this age-- it's a fun stage of development. Look at that evil grin... you can tell he KNOWS he's cute, can't you?

In other news, The First Grader From Outer Space, my children's book, received its first review from Fallen Angel Reviews, garnering four angels. Sadie called it "a sweet story...I thought Sam to be a very special and strong character even for a five year old. Elly Sanders has done a wonderful job writing a short story for kids of all ages. If you have a little alien of your own I suggest you get a copy of The First Grader from Outer Space by Elly Sanders and enjoy this story together."

And finally, my four-year-old is traveling to Hilton Head with his grandparents and aunt and uncle. He'll be gone for a week. Since he isn't in preschool yet, this is the first time he's been away from us for any length of time. I think he'll do just fine...he's a very relaxed kid. I'm not sure if I can survive without him that long, though!
