Susanna Carr

I've been wanting to read a Brava by Susanna Carr for a while, but for some reason my library hasn't ordered a single one of her books, and as I blogged below I tend not to buy trade paperbacks. So yesterday I was thrilled to walk through Barnes and Noble and find a mass market edition of Wicked Women 101, and I promptly bought it. The first novella was very good. I saved the rest for today, because I have to take the car in for an oil change and all that jazz, which means I'll be sitting in a waiting room for hours (with a baby and four-year-old... oh joy). I consider reading Brava novellas to be research, in a way. I guess it's a little late to be doing research on this subject, since my novella is already sitting in Kate Duffy's office, but if she rejects the one she's got, maybe I can develop a better idea of what she's looking for!

And thanks so much for the congrats below! I really appreciate it!
