What next?

Now that I have the rights back on Never Love a Stranger and Love Remembered, I have to figure out what to do with them. I think I'm going to let Love Remembered sit quietly on my hard drive, for now at least. I'm not writing historicals any more, and I don't think it's my strongest work anyway. But Stranger is, IMHO, my best book. So I'd like to find a new home for it.

Since it's novel-length, my first step was to check with my agent to make sure she doesn't want to try submitting it anywhere. If she doesn't (and I doubt she will, but contractually speaking, I needed to ask), I intend to submit it to Total-E-Bound, which seems to be a good e-publisher quite a few former NCP authors are selling to. They have nice covers and seem to be a good company to work with. I should get back a lot of rights this year, so it would be nice if I could find a happy home for my older books.

  1. Good plan to find new homes for OOP titles. But some of us are waiting for new titles! Jen, for instance? *prod prod prod*
