I'm starting up a new project I've been meaning to do for a while. Dad (who is ninety-five, as regular readers of this blog know already) talks endlessly about the things he's done over the years. I've started recording the most interesting parts of what he tells me on my iPhone and transcribing it, as well as scanning photos and documents that pertain to his life. He's had such a long and fascinating life, and his memories are still so clear, that it seems a pity to never write any of it down for posterity. This is a just-for-fun oral history project, and I'll be doing it on this blog: History, Randomized.
