Making money in France

I was thrilled to get "remittance advice" (an email from Amazon telling me they'll be putting money into my account) for France. Since the end of 2011, I've been making tiny amounts of sales over there, and apparently I've finally earned the minimum (ten dollars) for getting paid. It only took three-quarters of a year!
