Jingle all the way

I heard back from my NCP editor, who told me to go ahead and send her the Christmas story. Cool. I'll write some more today and see if I can't get it to the point where she'll be able to see where I'm going. Honestly, as I said below in the comments, it's a relief to get out of the paranormal/futuristic groove for a little while and write contemporary. If I don't switch genres occasionally, my writing goes stale. So this'll be a nice change of pace. Also, it'd be nice to have a fourth release as Ellen Fisher in 2005-- I produced so many books last year that it seems kind of lame to only have three releases this year, even if I did have a baby to contend with:-).
