My oldest daughter got off the bus yesterday complaining her stomach hurt. (She'd felt bad in school, but they wouldn't let her go home because she wasn't running a fever.) Sure enough, not long after she got home she started throwing up. Poor thing. I felt sorry for the kid... but I also felt sorry for yours truly, who spent quite a lot of the evening trying to scrub the stains out of the carpet:-P.
I'm now reading RETURN TO ME, by Shannon McKenna. I really like her books. I was a little frustrated yesterday, though, when I visited her website and discovered it hadn't been updated in quite some time. Does she have a new book coming this year? I sure hope so!!
