The news from the Gulf Coast just gets worse, and the pictures on the news get more and more horrifying. Alison has information on her blog about how we can help Larissa. As I posted a couple of days ago, Stephanie says Larissa got out okay, and she and her family are safe-- thank God for that. But Larissa's area (Gulfport) took a direct hit-- if you've been watching the news you've probably seen the pictures. Considering the horrific extent of the damage across the Gulf Coast, I imagine it's going to take a while for insurance companies to start getting checks to people, so Larissa very probably needs our help.
