In the I Wish I'd Thought Of It First category: Agent Obscura posts about a hilarious response she received to a rejection. Go read it. It's a riot. And the agent did write back and request the first three chapters (although a different agent could well have put the author on their personal blacklist). Just goes to show you... well, I'm not sure what it goes to show, actually. But it's funny.
